Kanchanaburi Trekking Three Days Two Nights
DAY1
06:30 AM Pick up tourists from their hotels.
07:20 AM Depart from Bangkok for River Kwai.
09:30 AM Arrive at River Kwai and visit the Cemetery of the allied prisoners of the Second World War.
10:00 AM Visit The Jeath Museum. (Admission fee 40 BAHT extra)
10:30 AM Visit the bridge over the River Kwai.
11:00 AM Leave the bridge for the train station.
11:45 AM Leave the station. Travel by train along the death railway, constructed by allied prisoners of the Second World War, which for part of it's length clings to the mountainside with the aid of wooden supports. (Train ticket 100 BAHT extra)
13:00 PM Thai lunch will be served.
14:00 PM Arrive the Sai Yok Noi Waterfall. Free leisure time.
16:00 PM Depart from the waterfall for the elephant camp.
19:00 PM Dinner. Local Thai cuisine will be served.
DAY2
08:00 AM Breakfast will be served.
10:00 AM Transfer to elephant camp for an exciting time elephant riding through jungle and floating on a bamboo raft down the Kwai Wai Noi River.
13:00 PM Thai lunch will be served.
14:00 PM Transfer to visit Hellfire Pass and museum. Walk in honour through the eighteen meters deep cutting of the railway route and on to Hin Tok with some of the original narrow gauge track. THE trail doubles back of itself, passing through a bamboo forest where there is a good view point that gives idea of the phenomenal depth of rock the prisoners of war had to dig through. Also visit museum memorial.
19:00 PM Dinner. Local Thai cuisine will be served.
DAY3
08:00 AM Breakfast will be served.
09:00 AM Transfer to Erawan Waterfall, the most beautiful and famous in Thailand. Free time for swimming relaxing and enjoy the scenery of the wonderful national park.
12:00 PM Picnic Lunch at the waterfall.
13:00 PM Leave the Erawan Waterfall. Return to Bangkok via Kanchanaburi.
19:00 PM Arrive Bangkok.
